RISK DISCLOSURE STATEMENT, DISCLAIMER AND INDEMNIFICATION
Trading spot foreign currencies (“forex”) is not appropriate for all investors, and the risks of forex trading can be substantial. You should carefully consider whether forex trading is right for you in light of your particular
circumstances and financial resources. By acknowledging this statement and contracting for the services
provided by Phoenix Trading Institute, LLC. (“PTI”), you acknowledge that you have not sought advice from PTI regarding the appropriateness of forex trading for you, and PTI has not provided any such advice to you.
You agree and acknowledge further that the trading signals provided to you by PTI (trading signals) are not, and are not intended to be, an offer or solicitation to enter into any forex transaction, or any type of trading or investment advice, recommendation or strategy. You acknowledge that it is solely your decision to determine which, if any, PTI trading signals to use for trading (whether actual or simulated) at a Retail Foreign Exchange Dealer, Futures Commission Merchant or other financial institution (collectively referred to as “Financial Institution”), and whether to send all, some, or none of the PTI trading signals to such Financial Institution for execution.
You understand that past performance associated with any trading signals offered by PTI, whether actual,
hypothetical or historically “back-tested” is neither necessarily indicative of nor a guarantee of future
performance or success.
Trading PTI signals may result in the total loss of the funds that you deposit at a Financial Institution, and you
may incur losses in excess of your deposits. Leverage can work against you as well as for you, and can lead to
large losses as well as gains. Moreover, funds held at such Financial Institution are typically not guaranteed or
insured against misappropriation or the bankruptcy of the Financial Institution. You should only trade forex with funds that you can afford to lose.
Based on the foregoing, you agree that you shall not seek to hold PTI responsible for any losses associated with any trading signals provided to you by PTI. In the event that any claims, suits, actions, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arise out of or relate to the relationship between PTI and you, and/or any trading signals provided by PTI to you, you agree to indemnify and hold PTI harmless therefrom.

Trading foreign currencies can be a challenging and potentially profitable opportunity for investors. However,
before deciding to participate in the Forex market, you should carefully consider your investment objectives,
level of experience, and risk appetite. Most importantly, do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.
There is considerable exposure to risk in any foreign exchange transaction. Any transaction involving currencies involves risks including, but not limited to, the potential for changing political and/or economic conditions that may substantially affect the price or liquidity of a currency. Investments in foreign exchange speculation may also be susceptible to sharp rises and falls as the relevant market values fluctuate. Refund and Chargeback Policy
Once a product has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 due to the electronic nature of our products. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. If a false chargeback claim is filed, it may result in legal action between the bank, the consumer and Phoenix Trading Institute. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. We reserve the right to alter any of our prices from time to time.
Benefits and Risks of Leverage
Leverage allows traders the ability to enter into a position worth many times the account value with a relatively small amount of money. This leverage can work with you as well as against you. Even though the Forex market offers traders the ability to use a high degree of leverage, trading with high leverage may increase the losses suffered. Please use caution when using leverage in trading or investing.

House Rules
1. Events physically, online or otherwise hosted by Phoenix Trading Institute are intended to promote growth and healthy interaction amongst members. Instigating, edging-on, bullying, soliciting, swearing hate speach, and demeaning behavior towards other members physically, within the group chat, social media pages, applications, events or webinars is strictly prohibited. All messages and interactions are moderated and are subject to review. Attacking or vilifying any member or administration is strictly prohibited. We use a three-strikes rule for most cases, but immediate action can also be taken. Violators of this guideline will be subject to suspension or immediate removal from some or all events. In extreme cases, a case may be opened, and a member can lose access to everything entirely. Please note that the Phoenix Trading Institute team, admin, representative or ambassador are not considered to be public figures in anyway and reserve the right to their privacy unless otherwise noted by the individual. Phoenix Trading Institute reserves the right to pause or terminate any membership and event access at its discretion without notice.
